Opening An Account

Opening a bank account is a breeze. Plus, you will get a nice reward of 50 Neopoints! Simply fill out the form (don't put your real address) and select how much you'd like to deposit.

The account type you can have is dependent upon the amount of neopoints you have at that point in time. You can always upgrade the account type as you earn neopoints. The more neopoints, the higher interest rate you will have, so the more neopoints you can earn.

Because interest rates increase when you make a higher deposit and upgrade your account, it is important to remember to upgrade. Once your account is higher, you ARE NOT expected to maintain that minimum. That's right, if you have 10,000,000 one day and become ultimate riches, then the next day you can take out all but 10,000 and you'll still have the high interest rate.

Collecting Interest

Althought the bank may display your interest yearly, that is only if you collect your interest once a day. If you remember to do so everyday, you will earn that specified yearly interest, if you maintain the same balance, which is unlikely. Anyhow, make sure to collect everyday. You can only claim it once. When you do, the interest is added to your account balance, and not to your hand.

You must also collect your interest before you deposit or withdraw that day, so make sure to do it first thing everyday.

Depositing and Withdrawing

You may deposit as many times a day as you wish to your bank. This is important for a couple of reasons. One- You want to keep your neopoints safe, so as you earn them, deposit them. Two-The more you have in your account, the more you collect for interest the next day.

You may only withrdraw 15 times a day. After that, you will be banned from the bank. Not a good thing, but really, do you need to take out money 15 times a day? No, of course not.

Account Safety

Make sure you keep a pin number linked to your bank account. It may seem like a hassle to have to type it in everytime you make a withdrawal, but it is worth it in a case of your account being broken into.
