The Money Tree is a place where people donate their Neopoints, and people who are far more needy can come and get them...if you wish to make a donation or see if there is anything going for free, then you have found the right place! The more items you take per day, the less chance of you picking something up.
Remember...some wandering ghosts have been known to steal money to put on the tree, and other ghosts will steal from the tree itself!
Why do you visit?
The money tree is a collection of items donated for charity. You should visit there if you are low on NPs and are looking to feed pets or sell a few items in your shop to get nps for other things.
Should I visit?
If you are poor or you want to donate you should visit. However, rich neopians should not be taking from the poor.
How To Donate
You can donate in four different ways to the money tree. First, you can go to you inventory, select an item, and use the pop-up window's drop down list to donate. Second, you can quick stop and select the "donate" radio button. The third way is to visit the money tree and to donate neopoints directly. The fourth way is not by choice. The evil ghousts will steal items and neopoints and donate them to the three.
How does it work?
Visit the money tree by clicking the small tree found on your shop navigation bar. As soon as you get there click on an item. It will then bring you to a success or fail page. More often than not you will not get the item. There are just too many Neopians out there. If you don't get it, you can just click the button and try again. Get into a groove to help you go quickly. Dial-up connections will not allow you to get any items, sadly. If you do get the item, you are prompted to return to your inventory. You are allowed to return but you should think about how fair that would be.
Tips
When at the Money Tree, click on the middle, center items. Another awesome thing to do is put the money tree into an iframe. This will make it so you will automatically be in the middle area so you don't need to scroll down everytime you visit and waste time.
