This tutorial is actually using Adobe Image Ready and NOT photoshop.

Have you always wanted a free program to use to animate something? Back then, I did to, until I played around with my program, until I figured out myself how to animate. Well, you won't have to do that, since here is a easy guide on how to animate things using Adobe Image Ready. This can teach you how to get your glitter effect, make blinkes, animate images, etc!

The Tutorial

First you need to know that an animation is made out of multiple frames that are put together, to form an animation (which can be a glitter effect etc). In this program, you need to have all your frames saved in one folder, making sure nothing else is saved in it. You can have as many frames as you like or need. Here are my frames as an example:

So once you have all your frames saved in one folder, open up Adobe Image Ready. Once it has loaded, click on File, Import, then Folders as Frames. Now a window should have opened up saying Browze for folder. Find the folder that you saved the frames in, and click OK.

Now you should see a screen saying animation. Click on play, and above the animation screen there should be your animated image. To move your frames into a order that you want, press stop. Then drag the frames left and right into the place you want them to be. You can also change how long a frame appears for until the next frame appears. Change this by clicking on 0 sec.

To test again, press play. If you are not happy with one of the frames, you can start again and change or frame, or you delete it by pressing on the trash can. Make sure the frame has a blue border around it though, since that would be the frame you are deleting or moving.

Once you are happy with you animation, make sure the animation is playing. You can ignore the animation screen now. Once you have done that, right click on the image that you can see above the animation screen, preview in, then choose which browser you want to see it in. for example, firefox or interenet explorer. If you wish to see it in a different browser. click other browser. Of course you need to already have the browser on your computer.

Once the browser has loaded, you should see your complete animated image/glitter etc. Right click and save it. Once you have done that, upload it onto a image host such as photobucket, and imageshack. since the animation is saved now, you can click the X on the animation screen and the screen above it. You do not need to save it unless you want to.

Well, that is all. I hope it wasn't to confusing, and that it helped!
