This will show you how to make your images look like it was sketched.
First, open a new document making sure the image that you want to have the sketchy effect fits on it. Then, paste the image in the new document. Next, choose the colour that you want to use for the image. Like shown below, I have choosen orange.
-Now, go to Filter > Filter Gallery.
-Then Select the graphics pen which is in the Sketch section.
-Put your stroke length between 1-15. The higher the number, the less sketchy it will be.
-Make sure your Light/Dark Balance is on 100
