This tutorial was made for PSP8 but can easily be translated to other versions.
This is one of my favorite techniques in PSP. It is very fast but looks really good! It is actually very easy to do and once you do it, it will probably be popping up in your graphics, too!
First select the image you'd like to use and open it up in PSP. I am going to use this illusen garden one.
Effects >>> Artistic Effects >>> Halftone
A window will pop up.
Match your settings to mine to get the right effect. Feel free to play around a little bit with the opacity. It all depends on your image, but my current settings work with almost all. Once they are set, click "OK".
Viola! You have made a great image!
