About This Layout

This layout is made of divs and and an iframe. It took me a while to code this so it is perfect. I hope you like it! If you don't know anything about divs, I wouldn't attempt to edit this at all. The whole background is an image and you are NOT allowed to edit that at all.
Oh, the links up top need to look like this:
